The National Association of Merino Cattle Breeders will be present together with the 100% Merino Native Breed logo, within the next Meat Attraction 2022 edition.
The event will consist of a Showcooking presented by Pepe de la Pisa and the chef Daniel Valverde, during which the elaboration of the steak tartare and the Merino sheep tenderloin will be shown, offering attendees the possibility of tasting these delicious dishes.
Officials from the Association will be present at the event, together with representatives of the Royal Spanish Federation of Select Livestock Associations and authorities from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
